Given the reputation that precedes the Astro name, the A30 Wireless has a lot to live up to. The Astro A30 Wireless offers some of the best passive noise isolation I’ve experienced, especially with its tight seal and clamping force. This is also aided by a good level of padding, with leatherette earcups and a rubberised headband, which allows the headset to sit well on my head without the fear of it sliding around. It looks rather in its navy colour – nice to see manufacturers moving away from the standard-issue black headsets of old. For the ultra-modernists, the A30 Wireless is also available in white. To go with that, there’s a raft of different ways of making the headset your own, by customising it with swappable speaker tags that can have a design etched into them.

Setup
I just applied at AstroHomeStore.com and got approved for $1,500. There prices were not bad on most items and they actually have a large selection. The approval requires a down payment of $49.95 to ship and seems like a good deal. I noticed that the contract was a lease to own with 90 days same as cash which seems like the best method to use since the lease fees are a little expensive. In a home like mine with Echos of one form or another in every room and a Ring security system with motion sensors and cameras, I already get most of what this robot offers.
The only qualm I have when it comes to the headset’s adjustment is the fact that moving the headband to make the A30 fit is neither the easiest nor the smoothest. Usually, the different stages are marked by lines in the plastic, or by the mechanism clicking with each incremental adjustment. None of that is present here, which makes adjusting it a bit of a pain. It is over a month that the ASTRO decoder turn off and I can not restart again. I have contacted to the ASTRO services many times through email, submit a ticket, and phone call, but no action from ASTRO technical services. Today, we have millions of users a month from around the world, and assess more than 1,000 products a year. It’s no good having a headset that doesn’t sound great, even if it might happen to look the part.

Their customer service department, I think, is completely dead. I am not sure what has happened to the ASTRO service nowadays. The ASTRO ON DEMAND keeps on buffering although I have checked my internet line. Trying to discuss anything from poor service quality to receptive sports channels ie Cricket etc and multi room issues plus the fact that Penang Island no longer has an Astro office is bewildering .
” If you’re buying the Astro as anything more than a mobile Alexa and the start or extension of a Ring Protect Pro security subscription, the answer is not much. So they never have to shout to get the voice assistant's attention, Astro can really help. You can even use your current smart speakers and displays to call Astro into the room with you. While you can use Astro as your sole Ring security device, it really does limit the effectiveness of what should be a well-distributed web of security devices. The built-in speakers sound great with excellent clarity and powerful bass, which you can literally feel through the floor. I’d argue that Astro features among the best Alexa-powered speakers available. When doing a two-way video conference, the overall microphone and video quality were similar to devices like the Echo Show 10. And when I consider its broader implications, I realize that the true price for Astro is less the money (although it's a lot of money) than it is the privacy.
Been applying for 2weeks and lastly the guy told me my place no coverage. Kudos to all the excellent astro agent at astro booth especially the one in bukit kemuning giant mall. Please to every customer who thinking of applying for astro IPTV PLEASE DO NOT DO so. Astro system and very poor professional management make customer suffer badly . Everytime calling astro customer service only we are hearing voice from their system machine not from individual to listen our problem, Sucks lazy staff from bottom to high level staff.
